ZygoTrip collects: full name, email address, phone number, payment information (processed securely via Cashfree), travel search queries, booking history, and device information for app functionality and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to: process hotel, bus, and cab bookings; send booking confirmations and updates via SMS and push notifications; improve our services; prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations under Indian law.
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with: Cashfree Payments (payment processing), Firebase/Google (analytics and push notifications), MSG91 (SMS notifications), and Google Maps (location services). We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. Data Security
Payment data is encrypted and processed by Cashfree — we never store full card numbers or CVVs. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. All data is stored on servers located in India and transmitted over HTTPS.
5. Your Rights
You may request account deletion or a copy of your personal data by contacting privacy@zygotrip.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time.
